We will become an active part of the management team and facilitate an acceptable exit for the owner/s to retain their existing staff base and invest in their development. Once we have organically improved each business, we will provide additional investment to fund innovation and future growth.

We have access to various forms of capital and are currently looking to acquire healthcare facilites. Although we are initially concentrating our efforts on healthcare facilites and various companies in healthcare sub-sectors, we will also be looking to acquire other companies that would complement the facilities where suitable.
